Welcome to qrplates (“we,” “our,” “us”), a QR-based digital menu and table ordering SaaS platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, applications, dashboards, and services (“Service”).
By accessing or using qrplates, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
Platform / Service: qrplates SaaS platform including QR menu creation, ordering system, restaurant dashboard, order management, and analytics.
Restaurant / Business User: Any restaurant, cafe, hotel, or food business using qrplates.
Customer / End User: Any person scanning a QR code and placing orders.
Order: Food and beverage requests submitted through qrplates by customers.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using qrplates, you confirm legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Platform Role & Disclaimer
qrplates acts only as a technology service provider.
We DO NOT:
Prepare food
Deliver food
Guarantee food quality
Handle restaurant operations
All food preparation, hygiene, delivery, pricing, taxes, and compliance are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

4. Account Registration & Security
Restaurants must provide accurate business information.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
Any activity done using your account will be treated as your responsibility.

5. How the Ordering System Works
Restaurant creates QR code using qrplates.
Customer scans QR at the table.
Customer views menu and places order.
Order is transmitted to restaurant dashboard in real-time.
Restaurant prepares and serves the order.
qrplates only facilitates digital communication of orders.

6. Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for:
Menu accuracy
Pricing
Availability
Taxes
Food quality
Allergen information
qrplates is not responsible for:
Incorrect orders
Food quality issues
Delays
Wrong pricing
Customer disputes

7. Payments & Transactions
qrplates may provide integrated online payment systems.
All transactions between customers and restaurants are direct business transactions.
qrplates is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are borne by the restaurant.

8. Subscription & Fees
Some features require monthly or yearly subscription.
Payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

9. Customer Usage Rules
End users (customers) agree not to:
Place fake or fraudulent orders
Misuse the platform
Attempt unauthorized access
qrplates may block abusive users.

10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, UI, QR systems, and platform features belong exclusively to qrplates. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is prohibited.

11. Data & Privacy
We collect limited personal data strictly to operate the Service.
Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Platform Availability
We aim for high uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, cyber incidents, or technical failures may cause downtime.

13. Limitation of Liability
qrplates shall not be liable for:
Food quality
Service delays
Incorrect orders
Business losses
Reputation loss
Revenue loss
Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 3 months.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless qrplates from all claims arising from:
Food-related disputes
Customer complaints
Legal violations
Regulatory penalties
Tax issues

15. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for:
Policy violation
Fraud
Illegal activities
Abuse of platform

16. Third-Party Services
qrplates integrates third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, SMS, email, and analytics. We are not liable for third-party service failures.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
