Thank you for choosing qrplates (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled on our QR-based digital menu and ordering SaaS platform.

By using qrplates, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Nature of Service

qrplates provides digital SaaS services, including:

QR menu creation

Table ordering system

Order management dashboard

Hosting and analytics

Due to the digital nature of our service and instant access provided, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

Users may explore platform features during the trial period.

No charges will be applied during the trial.

Once the trial expires and a paid plan is activated, refunds will not be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

Your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided except under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payment

Technical billing error

Unauthorized transaction (verified)

All refund requests are subject to internal review.

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Transaction Fees

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Restaurant & Customer Order Refunds

qrplates does not handle food payments or order refunds directly.

All order disputes, cancellations, refunds, or food complaints must be directly handled between the customer and the restaurant.

qrplates is not liable for food-related disputes.

8. Account Termination Due to Policy Violation

If your account is terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions:

No refunds will be provided.

Immediate service suspension may occur.

9. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy anytime. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
